The more creamy Sombra gel in the container is lemony colored and is easy to apply. If you get this Sombra Natural Pain Warm Therapy Relieving Gel on your hands, wash them well afterwards because this has “Capsaicin” in it and that could burn your eyes if you touched them soon after using this cream.

Sombra Natural Pain Warm Therapy Relieving Gel also comes in a thinner gel in a roll-on bottle, and that is more useful for use on your back, around joints or on any part of the body where pain is being experienced.
