(1) I bought this cushion for my mostly wheelchair-bound Mother who has a pinched nerve in her tailbone that causes constant discomfort. She has been using it now for a month, and seldom complains any more of her back pain, and she attributes it to the cushion. I can’t imagine that a much more expensive cushion would work any better….great product, especially for such a small investment!! It is lightweight, and the cover washes beautifully.

(2) I bought this for my mother. She was always uncomfortable sitting in the wheelchair for several hours. With this cushion she is able to sit in comfort for several hours at a time. The cover washes and maintains the shape.
