(1) Like the other reviewer I was looking for a watch/heart rate monitor that was more appropriate for “business” clothes. This is a beautiful men’s watch (I am a woman but like a large watch) and the dual display options are useful. The monitor appears to be accurate. The only criticism I have is that the led display of the heart rate is difficult to see in outdoor bright daylight. Mostly I do my walking in the evening so this is not much of a problem for me. Inside a building it is easy to read. A simple but elegant and useful watch/heart rate monitor.
(2) My father has a pacemaker that has long outlived its expected life span. As his rescue heart rate is questionable, this is a source of anxiety for him. But so many of the watches look like $10 drug store versions. This is the first analog watch of its kind that I’ve seen. Though it has a rubber (typical of exercising) wrist band, it has an attractive face. No one would guess that it was a heartrate watch also. It reads time in both analog and digital (by pressing a button) clearly. And the heartrate is easy to read when displayed. This was a gift and I am thrilled to have found it for him.
