Amazing, SERIOUSLY!!!
I HAD to write a review on this IBS  Symptoms product!!!!! I WILL be using this for the rest of my life or for as long as the company makes it!

I have suffered from constipation all my life! I eat a very healthy diet, all the fiber I am supposed to have yet constipation has always been a problem for me. I cannot remember a time in my life when I could eliminate daily like normal people. I am a person who would go for DAYS and DAYS and then be forced to take a laxative which would make me crampy and forced to stay home close to the bathroom. I tried all of the other forms of fiber and I hated trying to make those grainy thick and clumpy mixes go down easily. I was even on a prescription medication some time ago for constipation until it was taken off the market.

I was on Amazon looking for a book that could possibly give me more info on fiber because I felt like there had to be some answers out there. I stumbled across Heather’s Tummy Fiber IBS Symptoms, read the reviews and thought I would give it a shot. I bought some TROP50 Orange Juice to mix it with(I typically don’t drink juices, more sugar than I want to put in my body), because TROP50 is much lower in calories and sugar. I put two tablespoons of the fiber mix in a shaker cup, and then poured 8 ounces of TROP50 OJ in the container and shook it together really hard until I could no longer see any of the fiber mix at the bottom. I drank it down in a couple of quick gulps so that the fiber wouldn’t settle at the bottm, I wanted to get it all in my system. I could not taste the mix at all and it DID NOT have that gritty texture. The first day I mixed it with a fork as the instructions said but there were little flecks of the mix still at the bottom of the glass. Shaking it really hard for a few seconds got it mixed really well. One day I even put it in my Magic Bullet and gave it a few zaps and that worked fine as well.

I was expecting to have to wait a few days but WHALAAAA, that next morning I had results without ANY cramping or discomfort. Dr Oz tells you to check your poop because it can tell you a lot about your health. He says that it should have a C or S curve when your digestive system is working as it should. Well, I was THRILLED to see both of those curves working!

Every evening when I take Heather’s Fiber I have a normal movement the next morning AND several times even when I forgot to take it of fell asleep before taking IBS Symptoms I still had a movement the next morning!

I am a regular Amazon Shopper, I am not getting any free product from anyone, I simply had to share my thoughts about this AWESOME product! It is a must have for those of you who have digestive issues!!! LOVE IT!!!! Heather you are the BOMB!!!!!!!! Pkease don’t ever stop making this IBS Symptoms!!!!!

The only fiber supplement,

I bought this  IBS Symptoms for  my mom. Unfortunately, she wouldn’t take it, but I’ve been taking it for two weeks and I love it.

The only alternative is oat bran which is water soluble, too, but I have a problem with wheat and gluten grains, including oats, and oat bran is much less effective than other fiber. Wheat and rice bran are effective but irritating and they rush the food through before nutrients can be absorbed. The other non-water soluble fibers, like flax and chia, are also harsh and irritating. Psyllium husks are constipating for me and it bloats up with water so you can’t even eat it.

This IBS Symptoms acacia is tasteless, no chewing required, easy to take a heaping teaspoon with a mouthful of liquid. It’s gentle and starts working in a day. I’m 50 and I don’t have IBS Symptoms or any other digestive problems, but I’m grateful for finding out about acacia fiber. I’ll continue for life.

Products I have used:

Mederma- smoothed skin area to the touch, but made ZERO visual improvement.

Stretch Renew- visually reduced scarring, but only while continuing to use the product. I purchased this cream multiple times, even won it in a Bodies By Design give away.

Emu oil- Used it, had an awful reaction on site where it was applied, resulting in reddened, puffy, itchy skin. (I have sensitive skin and allergies)

StriVectin- tried two tubes, it did nothing for my stretch marks, along with nothing for my face.

Treatments I have tried:

Fraxel- some improvement but barely noticeable and certainly not worth the price. Negligible difference even under scrutiny.

Pulsed Dye Laser- no improvement, none.

Quasi-CW Laser- again, no improvement at all.

(Laser treatments were all done by Dr. Key of Key Laser Institute)
On to the Trilastin review:

3wks into using the Trilastin cream.
Purchased a 3mo supply, without the hydrothermal accelerator. I didn’t know it was available before I placed my order, or I would have purchased it. (didn’t want user error to ruin my chances). It was after reading directions on the packaging that I saw it was recommended in use with “SR”.
Have been applying  TriLastin SR Stretch Mark once daily, twice max (and not usually) on days that I work. I can’t leave to apply the cream to my three problem areas during my work day. It isn’t going to happen. On days off I try to remember to use it three times.
I ALWAYS prep my skin with a quick swipe of a 35% solution of rubbing alcohol. Moisture/dirt is going to prevent the absorption of product. Besides that, I want to get the most applications out of those creams. I use a minimal amount during application! Start with less and only add more if it doesn’t reach.
Whatever I’m doing is working. My stretch marks are less noticeable everywhere. Especially the ones on my breasts. My hips are second most improved, but of course the deepest/most hated scarring is the least affected. My inner thighs are not showing visual improvements yet, but I am hopeful! The depth has been reduced significantly, but they are still that awful iridescent pink.
I have seen more of an improvement from Trilastin than all of my previous attempts combined. For fear that the results were temporary (like what I saw using Stretch Renew), I skipped using it while using normal lotion for three days. My results stayed, yay! Tried again skipping two days no moisturizer, still good.
I’m optimistic for more change; BUT, even if (knock on wood) this is all the improvement I get, I still recommend getting this TriLastin SR Stretch Mark and trying it for yourself.

I’m really really impressed with this TriLastin SR Stretch Mark. I don’t have endless gripes about my physical appearance, but I was starting to get really down and obsessive about my old and new stretch marks. I received this TriLastin SR Stretch Mark as a christmas gift (per my request) and can honestly say, this many months later, that it’s made a definite noticeable dent in my stretch marks. I think the people who have given negative reviews are looking for total disappearance. Please consider that there is NO product currently out there at this time that can do that, so any product that actually makes a serious difference in texture and color is a true success, which this product does. there is no cure for stretch marks, but trilastin is a proven treatment in my opinion.

I would reccommend this table,

I’m a massage therapy student and this is the first Portable Massage Table Pacakge   I’ve bought. The Portable Massage Table Pacakge is wider than I actually expected it to be and having given 3 relaxation massages since i’ve received it, I haven’t needed to use the arm supports as of yet. The foam is soft yet firm enough that you don’t sink down into it. The only slight downside to the table is the face cradle. It’s kind of on the flimsy side and you must make sure it’s all the way into the table frame if you intend to use the arm rests underneath it or it’ll lean dangerously. It also only has 1 locking/adjusting mechanism instead of 2.

The Portable Massage Table Pacakge  was easy to set up once I got it here. It takes a little longer to break it down since you have to position all of the extras precisely so the table will close but that’s not a negative feature simply an observation. Of the 3 massages i’ve given so far the heaviest person was around 280lbs and the table supported him with no problems. All in all I would reccommend this Portable Massage Table Pacakge  to all beginner massage practitioners and anyone else as well.

The Portable Massage Table Pacakge  is perfect, and at a great price. It’s solid, comfortable, portable, and capable of standing up to extensive use. If I ever wear this thing out, I’ll definitely be getting another one.

Sierra Comfort Professional Series Portable Massage Table Package Review

Great for the money,
DO NOT let the price keep you from buying this Portable Massage Table  Package. I have been doing massage since 1989 and have used tables costing much more that were of no better quality than this Portable Massage Table Package.
As usual, Amazon’s shipping was fast. I got the within a week of placing the order and would have gotten it a day earlier, but missed the UPS guy by a few mintues. UPS problem, not Amazon (UPS wouldn’t leave it without a signature).

The Portable Massage Table  Package  was just as advertised with no vinyl like I hear of some tables. It was easy to set up…. just unsnap the luggage type latches with the table on it’s side and pop it open and stand it up. I injured my left shoulder some time ago and have some strength lose, but have no problem lifting the table in the bag. If you are going to move it far or up and down stairs often, I would get a luggage carrier for it. (That also makes it easier to go through doors.) Being fairly short, I find the lowest setting perfect with an average to large person on it. The only thing I did not care for is that the face cradle could be designed a little better, but that is replaceable if desired. Most importantly, this Portable Massage Table Package is very stable and comfortable.

All in all, it is at least as well built and as light as my last table and cost was way less.

Good for an Esthetician,
Really happy with this   Portable Massage Table  Package   for the use I looked it up for. Over all the thing is great quality but I would have to say for light use. I got this item for an Esthetician not a massage therapist and it might be a little light to do heavy massage work on but if your just laying on it for a facial and such, its light, portable, and sturdy enough that you will end up very happy for the price.

It was better than the reviews let on – happy with my risk.

Pretty darn good for the price,
This portable Massage Table package that I purchased, is suprisingly good. Putting it up to use is really easy, altho you would have to be fairly strong to lift the table upright, as it is about 39 lbs. Other than that, the only problem that I had, was I had to fix one of the bolts that secure one of the legs. It took 5 min to fix. I am a 260 lb man, and I layed on this table, and was very suprised. It did not waver one bit, even with me moving around. I am intending on using this for my photography , and it is the perfect width for posing your person on. I did want this portable Massage Table package in another color, but I could not find the other colors listed in the ad, for the same price. 4 stars for this item.

Massage Heaven,

This is the first portable Massage Table package we’ve ever owned and we love it. It is not too heavy and folds up great. Fits in our closet when we aren’t using it. The cushion is very comfortable. Do advise getting the sheets for it or just draping one of your own sheets onto it to keep it clean. Recommend it for anyone looking to relax at home – whether on your own just by lying on it to relax or whether you have someone who will do a massage for you – great either way.

I attended for my Reiki. The padding was thick enough that laying on it was comfortable. It fits easily in the carry on bag and can be transported

When I saw the price I couldn’t help but think this had to be a joke. So much so that I cancelled my first order the day I made the purchase. Realizing I could always return the item I made the purchase and I can’t tell how happy I am that I changed my mind. The table is compact yet sturdy and stays in position. I weigh 250+ lbs and my masseuse is about 110 lbs. The Portable Massage Table can easily handle our combined weight and has plenty of room for us big-guys. It’s pretty weird to talk about your ladybits with your female friends, let alone your boyfriend. But after mentioning that I was getting tired of the tampon spiel and how terrible I felt about potentially clogging up the pipes or causing significant damage to the environment, he mentioned that one of his female friends had tried the moon cup and was met with heavy skepticism by other females in the group, including informed environmentalists and female health feminists. I will say that this Moon Cup Menstrual Cup takes some time getting used to. I had to fold and refold about 10 times on my first few attempts, but now getting it in is a breeze, and it doesn’t feel much different than a tampon. Getting it out is still a work in progress sometimes, although after 3 cycles, I’m definitely getting the hang of it. This product is not for the woman who is uncomfortable wearing a tampon. This is the product for the woman who is aware of the risks of TSS and her tampon use on the environment. Cleaning it has never been an issue, and the bag it comes with is very cute and discreet. All in all, a great purchase that I’m quite pleased with!

I was skeptical at first but this is the greatest invention ever! I wish I had known about this a long time ago. I’m 46 years old, heavier periods, messy and yucky every 25 days, really ruining my life. I’ve just used this for the first time with this cycle. There is absolutely NO leaking or mess. (empty more often than every 12 hours if you are heavy.) No bulky pads. I run, ride my bike and do anything I want. No rashes from wearing wet pads. No leaking! Good price and an eco friendly alternative,

This is the first menstrual cup I’ve ever possessed. So far I’ve had two menstruations and I’m pleased with the quality of the cup. It came with a dark blue cute little bag that I wasn’t expecting, also a mini folder with clear instructions of use. It is great to save some money and reduce garbage related to menstrual pads, and it eliminates odor from the blood because when I remove it from my vagina the blood doesn’t smell as strong as it would if it was on the pad. I had to cut half of the little stem off because it was too long, not a big deal. The only down side of it is that I occasionally have very strong menstrual cramps and in that scenario the menstrual cup is uncomfortable, so when that happened I removed it and used pads until the cramps were gone. I didn’t have a lot of trouble with inserting and removing the cup, it is not the easiest thing in the universe but it was quick for me to grasp the technique. I certainly recommend this item to all women.

I have had the Lunette menstrual cup for a bit over two months now, and my periods have changed forever! I had always had problems with small leaks after a few hours with tampons, even on light flow days. Because the cup creates a suction, I no longer have that problem, which after 10+ years of the issues is a pleasant change to get used to. I also like that I can wear the cup up to 12 hours, so I can make it nearly a full day of work without having to worry about it! I highly recommend the lunette wipes should you need to empty the cup in more public places like work or on the go. They are much smaller than carrying a second cup, or other methods that may not be as sanitary. The lunette wash also smells great, is vegan friendly, and makes the cup feel refreshed and clean.

As other reviewers have stated, you need to be comfortable with your anatomy to feel comfortable with using a cup, especially at first. As I had been using applicator free tampons for years, this issue was not as shocking as it might be for some. While cleaning, you also need to be comfortable with what the cup is meant to hold, it does not clean itself!

Overall, I could not be happier with this product. I strive to make green choices in my life, and today while I removed my pads and tampons that I will no longer use out of my cabinets, I once again realized how amazing this product is. You will not regret the purchase of this product.

My favorite thing about this product is that since it is not holds the fluid instead of absorbing it, you don’t have to wait for your period to start to use it. You can just pop it in whenever you expect your period in a day or two with no risk of TSS (which is associated with tampons). You can swim. You can sleep for 12 hours. You can play sports. You don’t feel it, and it doesn’t leak.

The only downer: removal is tricky at first, but after practice it gets easier.

Overall: Buy this product! I love mine.

This is my first menstrual cup. I was slightly apprehensive when I was researching them, but I genuinely hate using pads and tampons. I’m so glad I gave it a try! By my second cycle, after researching positioning on lunette’s website, I had no trouble with leaking or being uncomfortable. I left the stem on as it is very helpful. I wish I knew about this when I started 13 years ago! highly recommended.
