Cellex-C Eye Contour Cream is a product designed to help you to reduce lines and wrinkles around the eyes. It increases elasticity and helps to reduce dry, mature, and sensitive skin. It is a lightweight cream that uses a patented formula and apparently the online skincare line in the world to use the Bioderm patent technology created by Dr Lorriane Meisner.

Cellex-C ingredients include Water (Aqua), Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Cetearyl Alcohol, Ascorbic Acid, Ceteareth-20, Glycerin, Propylene Glycol Dipelargonate, Tyrosine, Cetyl Alcohol, Zinc Sulfate, Tocopheryl Acetate, Sodium Hyaluronate, Evening Primrose (Oenothera Biennis) Oil, Aloe Barbadensis Gel, Chamomile (Anthemis Nobilis) Extract, Allantoin, Dimethicone, Xanthan Gum, Phenoxyethanol, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Disodium EDTA. Unfortunately, they don’t have a single wrinkle fighting ingredient, let alone one that would work in the thin and delicate area of the eyes. All of their ingredients are moisturizers at best, making it somewhat reminiscent of products like the Athena 7 Minute Lift.

What is it they say about eyes? Is it they’re the mirrors of the soul? Well, your mirror may tell you something very definite about your eyes. There does come a time when eye cream is no longer a take-it-or-leave-it indulgence but a really-must-use-it. When that time comes depends a great deal on genes, climate and, yes, friends, age.

So, if you’ve reached the point where those lovely creases are about to become more than traces of a smile better get serious about some moisturizer for around those peepers. Often, you’ll use one eye cream for day and another for night. A lighter cream that absorbs quickly is preferable for day wear as one can easily and quickly apply makeup over it. If the skin around your eyes truly needs TLC you might consider a heavier cream for night.

I have purchased the Revalskin line through my dermatologist’s aesthetician for about a year. I like this product very much, have noticed a smoother brighter skin with improved texture and smaller pores. The line is pricey, but it’s the only face I’ll ever have and time IS marching on. ( I’m 64 ).

My only real gripe is that while the cleanser, day cream & night cream last a good long time( months ), the eye cream gives out much sooner than the other creams—I’ve tried to be very careful with application(you don’t need much)nevertheless, I’ve run out again sooner than expected—I thought I had a defective bottle but I was told it was dispensing properly.

I also have concerns here—66.00 for this eye cream is almost too good to be true—is this the real thing????

I’d love to hear from others about their experience with the eye cream.

I work in a dusty area and as I have gotten older, my eyes tend to feel like they have sand in them instead of producing tears like they used to. I use Visine Tears, as needed, and I am happy with the results. No stinging.

I tend to gravitate towards this product for post-lasik dry eye relief. First of all, the bottle is well designed and easy to grab. The cost is lower than other formulations. The active ingredients do not rely on cellulose products, so it does not “crust” up over night. There is very slight post-instillation blurriness. I usually prefer eyedrops that use the ‘glycols’, rather than carboxymethylcellulose.

I don’t use eye drops on a regular basis, but when I do, I want something that is gentle and easy on my eyes. These “tears” do the job just fine. They don’t have the chemical feel like some eye drops and I feel good about using them whenever I need to. They provide long lasting relief and are great during allergy season or dusty weather.

Ketotifen fumarate is a second-generation H1-antihistamine/mast cell stabilizer available in two forms. In its ophthalmic form, it is used to treat allergic conjunctivitis, or the itchy red eyes caused by allergies. In its oral form, it is used to prevent asthma attacks. Side effects include drowsiness, weight gain, dry mouth, irritability, and increased nosebleeds.

The drug is marketed as ophthalmic solutions under the brand names Zaditor (Novartis), Alaway (Bausch and Lomb)), Zyrtec Itchy-Eye Drops, and Claritin Eye.

Excellent product — using this solution makes my contacts feel very comfortable for the time I’m wearing them. Unfortunately, this product is being discontinued due to less customers wearing the gas permeable form of contact lenses (see Alcon’s website). I wish they would change their mind and keep the solution going.

I have been using this product for at least 10 years and don’t know what I would do without it. I wear my contacts from when I get up in the morning till I go to bed at night and they never give me any problem. I don’t even know I have them on unless I get something in my eye.

I used other products in the past but always had to take my contacts off during the day to clean them because they got cloudy, etc. I think I was developing and allergy to that solution.

I also use the Alcon Supra Clens daily protein remover when I store the lenses at night.

I hope ALCON never stops making this solution.

I was excited to find this on Amazon after thinking it had been discontinued. I’ve tried a number of different RGP formulas that all seem to irritate my eyes, and the one that worked is no longer available. This is a good single-bottle solution that I think is appropriate for sensitive eyes. I like that I can insert the lenses directly from the case into my eye, without needing to rinse. In the past I think I’ve also paired it with SupraClens for an extra cleaning boost (in which case they do need to be rinsed).

For three years now: they really work for my sensitive eyes!,

Even though I have no other allergies, all “regular” rewetting drops leave my eyes ichy and pussy…Yuck! and Ouch! After trying pretty much every product on the grocery store shelf, I was lucky enough to find Bausch&Lomb Sensitive Eyes Rewetting Drops. I am a daily user now that I am in my late thirties (apparently, pre-menopause can contribute to dry eyes in women), and do not leave the house without them.

PROS:
1) NO ITCHING! NO PUSS!
2) You feel nothing when they enter your eye (even less then when pure water gets in your eye in the shower)!
3) The dripper is constructed in such way that the drops form large and fall off the tip easily.
4) The bottle is large enough to allow for a proper grip.
5) For those with arthritis: the cap is ridged (does not slip) and large enough for a good grip.
6) They work well with my Acuvue one day contacts.

CONS:
Can’t think of any!

Best Eye Drops I’ve Tried,

I’ve been impressed by the Bausch & Lomb Sensitive Eye Drops. In the past, I have used many Bausch & Lomb products and many other eye drop brands as well. The Sensitive Eye Drops work perfectly, providing moisturely quickly with absolutely no sting or discomfort.

While these drops work great without any stinging, the other positive is the size of the bottle. At 1-ounce per bottle, these are double the size of most others, if not more. Why does this matter? Well, it certainly helps to have more eye drops, but what I find is that the drops come out of the bottle much more smoothly and quickly. It might not have anything to do with bottle size and rather the design of the spout, but it works very well. With smaller bottles I find myself squeezing the bottle and waiting for the drops. Not with the 1-ounce Sensitive Eyes, though. It’s easier to handle.

If you are looking for eye drops, because your current product causes stinging or other irritation, give these a try. You’ll be glad you did.

Zaditor Eye Itch Relief drops are a quick-working solution that successfully treats allergy-influenced, itchy eyes.
